- • All payments must be processed through Roominac.
Host Obligations
- • Accurately represent properties in photos and descriptions.
- • Honor all confirmed bookings—cancellations affect host rating.
- • Ensure properties meet basic safety and hygiene standards.
- • Respect Guest privacy (no undisclosed indoor cameras).
Agreement Sections
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Roominac, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts. For users in Pakistan, a valid CNIC is required to list or book properties.
2. Booking & Financial Terms
Platform Fees
Roominac charges a service fee to both Guests (for platform maintenance) and Hosts (for payment processing and insurance). These fees are non-refundable.
When you book a listing, you are agreeing to pay all charges, including the listing price, applicable fees, and taxes (including Sindh/Punjab Revenue Authority taxes where applicable). Roominac collects payments via integrated gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Hosts select a cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). The refund amount is determined entirely by this policy. Roominac service fees are generally non-refundable unless the Host cancels.
Host Cancellations: If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, they may be subject to penalties, including calendar blocks or cancellation fees, to protect guest reliability.
4. Resolution Center
If a dispute arises (e.g., property damage, unmet expectations), users must first attempt to resolve it via the Roominac Resolution Center. If unresolved within 72 hours, Roominac Support will step in as a mediator. Roominac's decision in mediating financial disputes is final.

ROOMINAC IS A PLATFORM CONNECTING HOSTS AND GUESTS. WE DO NOT OWN, MANAGE, OR CONTROL ANY LISTINGS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (INCLUDING THE LAWS OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN), ROOMINAC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.
